Fried chicken fingers


  1. 150 g. steak
  2. 1-2 white of eggs
  3. 1 bag breadcrumbs
  4. Oil


  1. Chop the steak in long stripes (like the picture)

  2. Crack the eggs and remove the yolk and put the white of eggs in a bowl.

  3. Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl

  4. Take the steak and put it into the white of the egg and then into the breadcrumbs

  5. After they’re finish, put oil in the fry pan and fry them until they got golden color.

  6. Serve them with mayonnaise or mustard or lemon depends of the taste you got.
