Fried muttun

This muttun fry is very favourite to children’s because it has been cooked useing less amount of spice.It can be served with rice/bread/salad.


  1. For Marination:
  2. 2 pieces muttun with bone
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  5. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  6. 1 teaspoon black paper powder
  7. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  8. For frying: Ghee as required


  1. In a bowl, put all the Marination ingredients with muttun and mix them well.Put them aside for half an hour to marinate.

  2. Take a frypan and put some ghee and heat it on stove. Then put the marinated muttun pieces into it and fry in a medium to low flame till it remains golden brown.Stop the stove Take out the muttun fry an put them on a plate.

  3. Muttun fry is ready to serve.
