Garlic Shrimp Alfredo


  1. 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  2. 2-3 cloves garlic finely minced
  3. 2 tbls butter
  4. 1/2-1 cup Parmigiana cheese freshly grated
  5. 1-1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  6. to taste Salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Melt butter in sauté pan large enough to hold everything and sauté shrimp until pink and starting to firm up add garlic and sauté a minute or two more

  2. Add 1/2 cup parmigiana cheese and about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of heavy cream toss to combine

  3. If cream sauce becomes to thin add more cheese if too thick add more cream

  4. Adjust seasoning and serve
