Ingredients
- Salted butter
- 1 head brocolli
- 1 whole garlic, minced
Steps
Cut brocolli into florets, wash it and soak in salted water for 30 mins. After 30 mins wash it again. Boil water in a pot and let it boil. Add in brocolli and boil it for a minute. Remove and dip in an icy water to preserved the green color.
Heat wok add butter and then garlic. Stir fry until garlic turn golden brown then toss in brocolli and mix well. Cook a little while then remove.
