Glazed Chicken with Mushroom

  1. 500 gram chicken breasts
  2. 300 gram mushroom
  3. 1 tabs soy sauce
  4. Spices
  5. Onion powder
  6. Zaatar (Arabic herbal mix)


  1. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices and chill for 2 hours preferably overnight.

  2. Fry in generous amount of butter till cooked then add the mushrooms and soy sauce.

  3. Stir fry for 5 minutes.

  4. Cover the pan and let simmer for 5 minutes.
