- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon yeast
- Half table spoon milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 300 mills of Luke warm water
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 and half cup of milk
- 1/4 cup water
- Glazing
- Icing sugar.1cup
- half Milk.1 and
- Chocolate of your choice.(cooking chocolate or nutella)
Steps
Mix all your dry ingredients together,and also mix the wet ingredients together.then add them all together, mix well until it foams a dough.
Knead well until it becomes very smooth.then roll,cut and allow it to rise for about 30minutes.
Use olive oil or vegetable oil for the frying.
The oil shouldn’t be too hot.then fry??While for the glazing.
Mix the icing sugar and milk then add water.
Note:it should be very think.
