Greek yogurt ice-cream

Full of protein, incredibly delicious and low in calories

Ingredients

  1. 1 greek yogurt (150ml)
  2. 50 g frozen berries (preferably sour cherries)
  3. 10 g chia seed
  4. 5 g chocolate topping

Steps

  1. Add chia seed into the yogurt and mix it well.

  2. Add frozen berries and mix again until it’s spread equally.

  3. Put the chocolate topping over the yogurt and enjoy your healthy ice-cream! 💙
