Full of protein, incredibly delicious and low in calories
- 1 greek yogurt (150ml)
- 50 g frozen berries (preferably sour cherries)
- 10 g chia seed
- 5 g chocolate topping
Add chia seed into the yogurt and mix it well.
Add frozen berries and mix again until it’s spread equally.
Put the chocolate topping over the yogurt and enjoy your healthy ice-cream! 💙
