So, I’m not a great fan of green smoothies, but I know how good they are for you. I’ve tried a couple of different combinations and absolutely hated them. This morning I decided, since I love spinach, to try a smoothie with spinach.To my great surprise, it wasn’t half bad, I actually liked it, and I hope you will too.
Ingredients
- 1 Handful spinach [about a stuffed cup]
- 1 Well Ripened Banana
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Cup Water (more or less to make it your desired consistency)
Steps
Add spinach, banana, blueberries, and water to a blender.
Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
