Green Breakfast Smoothie

So, I’m not a great fan of green smoothies, but I know how good they are for you. I’ve tried a couple of different combinations and absolutely hated them. This morning I decided, since I love spinach, to try a smoothie with spinach.To my great surprise, it wasn’t half bad, I actually liked it, and I hope you will too.


  1. 1 Handful spinach [about a stuffed cup]
  2. 1 Well Ripened Banana
  3. 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  4. 1 Cup Water (more or less to make it your desired consistency)


  1. Add spinach, banana, blueberries, and water to a blender.

  2. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
