Ingredients

  1. 1 n a half cup rice soaked
  2. Gurrh 1 n a half cup
  3. 1 cup Water
  4. 2/3 Illaichi
  5. Dry fruits as req
  6. 1 tsp Sonf pwdr
  7. 4/5 tbsp Ghee

Steps

  1. Chawal ko ache dho k bhigo dein.

  2. Ek pateeli me pani r gurrh dal k sheera ready kar lein.

  3. Ab ek alag pateeli me ghee dalien r sonf pwdr r dry fruits dal k halka sa fry kar lein r sheera dal lein.

  4. Ab chawalon ko full boil kar lein r pani phenk dein.

  5. Boil chawalon ko sheeren me dalien r jab dum lagate hue uper crushed gurrh dal k dum lagayen r garam garam serve karen.
