- 1 cup Water
- 2/3 Illaichi
- Dry fruits as req
- 1 tsp Sonf pwdr
- 4/5 tbsp Ghee

Chawal ko ache dho k bhigo dein.
Ek pateeli me pani r gurrh dal k sheera ready kar lein.
Ab ek alag pateeli me ghee dalien r sonf pwdr r dry fruits dal k halka sa fry kar lein r sheera dal lein.
Ab chawalon ko full boil kar lein r pani phenk dein.
Boil chawalon ko sheeren me dalien r jab dum lagate hue uper crushed gurrh dal k dum lagayen r garam garam serve karen.
