Ingredients
- 1.0 ounce coconut flour
- .5 ounce soy protein isolate
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 3 teaspoons favorite noncalorie sweetener splenda recommended
- 7 ounces water
Steps
Mix together and microwave for 4 minutes.
Enjoy with a little yogurt and maple syrup sugar free of course
Makes a small bowl.. Around 200 calories. But actually closer to 150 after negating fiber
