Hacked bread pudding

So.. Its got no bread in it and is far more healthier..

Ingredients

  1. 1.0 ounce coconut flour
  2. .5 ounce soy protein isolate
  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  5. Pinch salt
  6. 3 teaspoons favorite noncalorie sweetener splenda recommended
  7. 7 ounces water

Steps

  1. Mix together and microwave for 4 minutes.

  2. Enjoy with a little yogurt and maple syrup sugar free of course

  3. Makes a small bowl.. Around 200 calories. But actually closer to 150 after negating fiber
