Honey pecan chicken breast

Ingredients

  1. 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 6 oz each
  2. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  5. 1/8-1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  6. 1 tablespoon butter
  7. 3 tablespoons honey
  8. 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans

Steps

  1. Pound chicken with a meat mallet to 1/2 inch thickness sprinkle with seasoning

  2. In a large nonstick skillet heat butter over medium heat brown chicken on both sides cook covered until chicken is no longer pink about 1 to 8 minutes turning once. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pecans cook covered until chicken is glazed 2 to 3 minutes
