Italien pesto quiche

This made me love quiche!!

Ingredients

  1. Pie crust
  2. Honey
  3. 3 lg eggs
  4. 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
  5. 1/4 c milk
  6. 1/3 c Pesto
  7. Grated Mozzarella, 1/2c for filling
  8. 1/2 lb Grape or cherry tomatos, halved
  9. Parm
  10. Creamy goat cheese

Steps

  1. Heat oven to 425

  2. Make filling- crack and whisk eggs, cream, milk, pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella

  3. Pour filling into pie crust and top with dollups of spreadable, creamy goat cheese and sprinkle with parm

  4. Bake 24- 26 min, or until cooked thru and browned

  5. Reccomend side dish- green salad with vinaigrette
