This made me love quiche!!
Ingredients
- Pie crust
- Honey
- 3 lg eggs
- 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/3 c Pesto
- Grated Mozzarella, 1/2c for filling
- 1/2 lb Grape or cherry tomatos, halved
- Parm
- Creamy goat cheese
Steps
Heat oven to 425
Make filling- crack and whisk eggs, cream, milk, pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella
Pour filling into pie crust and top with dollups of spreadable, creamy goat cheese and sprinkle with parm
Bake 24- 26 min, or until cooked thru and browned
Reccomend side dish- green salad with vinaigrette
