Julie’s Potato Salad

Just like mom used to make, except I added bacon! Everything is better with bacon, baby!!!


  1. 5 potatoes, peeled and diced
  2. 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  3. 2 stalks celery, chopped
  4. 1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
  5. 5 strips bacon, crumbled
  6. to taste Salt, pepper, celery salt and paprika
  7. 1 cup mayonnaise (give or take)


  1. Boil the diced potatoes on the stove (high heat) until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain, cool completely and empty into a large bowl.

  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

  3. Sprinkle the top with extra paprika to give it a little color and make it look pretty! ?

  4. Chill in the refrigerator until needed.
