  7. 2 tbsp Lal mirch pwdr
  8. 1 tbsp Pisa garam masala
  9. 1 tbsp Pisa dhanya
  10. 1 tsp Haldi
  11. 1 tsp Jaifal jawatri
  12. 4 Choti illaichi
  13. 4 Barri illaichi
  14. 1 tbsp Saboot garam masala
  15. 1 cup Dhai
  16. 1 tbsp Lehsan paste
  17. 1 tsp Zeera
  18. Salt
  19. For kabab:
  20. Qeema half kg
  21. 1 Chopped pyaz
  22. 1 tbsp Hara dhanya
  23. Salt
  24. 1 tsp Garam masala pwdr
  25. 1 tsp Black pepper pwdr
  26. 1 tsp Chopped lehsan
  27. For layering:
  28. Podina half bunch
  29. Hara dhanya half bunch
  30. Hari mirchen
  31. slices Lemon
  32. Food clr
  33. slices Tematar
  34. 1 cup Dhai
  35. Brown pyaz half cup

Steps

  1. Kabab me ingre mila k shape dein lein.r fry kar k alag kar lein.

  2. Chawal boil kar lein.

  3. Brown pyaz ko dhai k sath blend bana lein.

  4. Ek pateeli me oil dalien lehsan ka paste dal k bhone r phir pyaz r dhai ka mixture dal k bhone.phir tomato paste r green chillie paste dal k bhone halki gravy honi chahiye.

  5. Fry kabab add karen gravy me.

  6. Layering k item dalien r uper chawal ki layer r food clr dal k lagayen.

  7. Ready hone pe raitay salad k sath serve karen.
