- 4 Barri illaichi
- 1 tbsp Saboot garam masala
- 1 cup Dhai
- 1 tbsp Lehsan paste
- 1 tsp Zeera
- Salt
- For kabab:
- Qeema half kg
- 1 Chopped pyaz
- 1 tbsp Hara dhanya
- Salt
- 1 tsp Garam masala pwdr
- 1 tsp Black pepper pwdr
- 1 tsp Chopped lehsan
- For layering:
- Podina half bunch
- Hara dhanya half bunch
- Hari mirchen
- slices Lemon
- Food clr
- slices Tematar
- 1 cup Dhai
- Brown pyaz half cup
Steps
Kabab me ingre mila k shape dein lein.r fry kar k alag kar lein.
Chawal boil kar lein.
Brown pyaz ko dhai k sath blend bana lein.
Ek pateeli me oil dalien lehsan ka paste dal k bhone r phir pyaz r dhai ka mixture dal k bhone.phir tomato paste r green chillie paste dal k bhone halki gravy honi chahiye.
Fry kabab add karen gravy me.
Layering k item dalien r uper chawal ki layer r food clr dal k lagayen.
Ready hone pe raitay salad k sath serve karen.
