Keto Bolognese Sauce (Skipping the Spaghetti to reduce carbs)


  1. 500 g grinded meat of your choice
  2. 2 cups frozen mixed veggies
  3. 2 tsp salt
  4. 100 ml bolognese tomatoe sauce
  5. 100 g emmentaler cheese for garnish
  6. 2 onions
  7. 4 tbsp oil


  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the peeled and chopped onions, meat, veggies, salt, stir often.

  2. When the juices start to disappear, add the tomatoe sauce.Stir often
