Keto Friendly Shrimp Roll Ups

My sister came to visit us in florida. She’s diabetic so everything she eats must be very low carb. I think she said this meal was about 10 net carbs.


  1. 1 1/2 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp
  2. Salt pepper paprika garlic powder
  3. Olive oil
  4. Avocado diced
  5. Tomato diced
  6. Lettuce
  7. Shredded cheese
  8. Cucumber diced
  9. Green onions
  10. Ranch dressing
  11. 1 mission brand carb balance flour tortilla, large


  1. Heat a skillet on medium high heat with a little olive oil. Season your shrimp and toss them. Add to skillet and cook til done, just a few minutes, until they’re cooked through.

  2. Pile it all up on a low carb, warmed tortilla and enjoy
