A first for me… only tuna I’ve had before came with a ring pull… ?
- 2 cm thick piece of tuna stake
- Garlic herb
- 1 x dry chilli (flakes)
- Olive oil
Marinade the tuna with salt, garlic and herbs, squeeze of lemon, olive oil and flake the chilli over it. Leave it for 20 mins
Chilli to taste…
Heat up the pan… medium hot… dry (oil is on the fish)
Drop the tuna onto the hot pan.. I’m not a lover of under cooked meat or fish so adjust to taste. I added a sprinkle of flour… worked well
Nothing fancy to add, just some stake cut chips. Enjoy peeps!
