Kinako Muah Chee


  1. 100 grams Glutinous Rice Powder
  2. 200 ml Water
  3. 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  4. 50 grams Kinako (Roasted soy bean powder)
  5. 80 grams Sugar


  1. Put the Glutinous Rice Powder and Water and the Cooking oil in a pot and mix it into smooth batter.

  2. Pour in the batter and allow it to cook over medium-low heat. Turn and fry until the batter turns opaque and is cooked through.

  3. Mix the Kinako and sugar. Put it into a tray. Place the Glutinous Rice Paste into the tray.

  4. Use a pair of scissors to cut the cooked glutinous rice paste into bite-sized pieces.
