Lamb Meatballs

Lamb is a favorite in my home. The fresh herbs and garlic in this really make it! Check out my tzatziki inspired cucumber dill sauce and carrot fritters to pair with these meatballs!


  1. 1 pound ground lamb
  2. 2 cloves garlic minced
  3. 1/8 cup chopped mint dill and thyme
  4. 1 egg
  5. to taste Salt and pepper


  1. Combine ingredients by hand, not over mixing.

  2. Form balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet.

  3. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes
