Mango moosse rolls


  1. 2 medium size mangoes, chopped
  2. 1 tablespoon sugar
  3. 1/2 cup whipping cream1tbsp of gelatin powdered
  4. For rolls
  5. 6-7 slices mango (thin)


  1. In a blender, add the chopped mangoes. At this step, you can also add sugar

  2. Take cream in a bowl. You can use a electric beater or whip manually with a wired whisk. I have used an electric beater.

  3. Beat till cream is soft and fluffy. Ensure you don’t over whip or over beat the cream.

    Add the mango puree to the beaten cream.& Dissolve gelatin powder
    and keep them refrigerat for 30 mins

  4. Now take a slice of mango,put mango moosse on the edge of mango slice & roll it,fill out the all the slices same process & keep it refrigerat for 1 hour

  5. Your yummy mango moosse rolls are ready
