- 2 medium size mangoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup whipping cream1tbsp of gelatin powdered
- For rolls
- 6-7 slices mango (thin)
In a blender, add the chopped mangoes. At this step, you can also add sugar
Take cream in a bowl. You can use a electric beater or whip manually with a wired whisk. I have used an electric beater.
Beat till cream is soft and fluffy. Ensure you don’t over whip or over beat the cream.
Add the mango puree to the beaten cream.& Dissolve gelatin powder
and keep them refrigerat for 30 mins
Now take a slice of mango,put mango moosse on the edge of mango slice & roll it,fill out the all the slices same process & keep it refrigerat for 1 hour
Your yummy mango moosse rolls are ready
