Meatloaf/Meatballs (any meat can be used)

That the recipe is great


  1. 2 pounds ground meat
  2. 1/2 tablespoon salt
  3. 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  4. 1/2 tablespoon sofrito
  5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  6. 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 1/4 teaspoon accent
  9. 1/2 teaspoon worstershire sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. Place ground meat in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl, except the breadcrumbs. Mix well incorporating all the ingredients.

  4. Gradually add the breadcrumbs until mixture is moist but comes together in a ball.

  5. For meatballs, portions meatballs with 2 oz scoop. Place meatballs on sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Allow to bake for 20 minutes.

  6. For meatloaf, Spray a hotel pan with non stick spray. Shape the ground meat into a log in the hotel pan.
