Mexican corn


  1. Corn on the cob
  2. Fresh feta
  3. Fresh cilantro
  4. Limes (or lime juice)
  5. Avocado oil chipotle mayonnaise
  6. Butter


  1. Grill corn on the cob on grill until done

  2. Put chipotle mayonnaise and and 2 tbsp melted butter into container big enough for corn

  3. Coat corn in the mayonnaise mixture

  4. Mix the feta and cilantro together (however much cilantro you prefer)

  5. Roll the coated corn into the feta and cilantro

  6. Zest with lime juice
