Ingredients

  1. Half cup chopped finely green onion
  2. Half cup finally chopped red onion
  3. 1 green chilli chopped
  4. 1 small tomato chopped finely
  5. Parsley or coriander leaves to garnish
  6. 1 cup gram flour
  7. 2 tsp curd
  8. 1 tbsp salt
  9. 1 tsp red chili powder
  10. 1 tsp turmeric
  11. 1 tsp chaat masala optional
  12. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  13. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  14. 1 tsp coriander powder optional
  15. 1 tsp garam masala
  16. Pinch ASAFETIDA
  17. Half tsp black pepper
  18. 1 tsp carom seeds
  19. Oil to roast

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and add slowly water according thickness of mixture

  2. Make a smooth thick mixture without any lump

  3. Put some oil on nonstick pan and pour one spoon mixture and slightly spread with spatula

  4. Stay on low flame when it start cooking turn flame little medium

  5. Roast from both sides and enjoy with homemade tamarind sauce
