Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 90 g Softened Butter
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 Cup Plain Flour
- 1/4 Self Raising Flour
- 1/3 Cup Peanut butter (of your choice) melted
- 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
Steps
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line baking tray with baking paper & lightly grease.
Cream together your softened butter & brown sugar. Add an egg & peanut butter along with your vanilla extract & salt.
Add both of your flours and mix until smooth, then add oats.
Roll little balls out of the mixture and place onto tray. Flatten the balls slightly.
Place the cookies into the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until fully golden.
