Pickled eggs


  1. 20 hard boiled eggs
  2. 1/2 jar cut jalapeno peppers it's okay to get some of the jui
  3. 3 oz sriracha sauce
  4. This is made in a half-gallon jar
  5. Half one raw onion cut in rings


  1. Boil and peel hard boiled eggs as normal add eggs to jar halfway through adding eggs put in half onion and add quarter jar of jalapenos.

  2. Fill jar completely with eggs leaving 2in at top of jar add the rest of the jalapenos squirt in Sriracha sauce and fill jar with vinegar to top

  3. Seal jar keep in refrigerator and shake every day for 10 days making sure ingredients are moved around the whole jar after 10 days time to eat
