  1. 1/2 K pork meat
  2. 5 Saba banana cut diagonally
  3. Few slices of cabbage carrots and sayote or vegetable pear
  4. Garlic and onion
  5. Salt and granules
  6. 3 spoonful sugar


  1. Saute onion and garlic together with pork. Add 2 1/2 glasses of water. Wait for it to boil.

  2. Add the Saba banana. Boil until pork is already tender.

  3. Add the vegetables and seasonings.
