Cheapest version of pochero.
- 1/2 K pork meat
- 5 Saba banana cut diagonally
- Few slices of cabbage carrots and sayote or vegetable pear
- Garlic and onion
- Salt and granules
- 3 spoonful sugar
Saute onion and garlic together with pork. Add 2 1/2 glasses of water. Wait for it to boil.
Add the Saba banana. Boil until pork is already tender.
Add the vegetables and seasonings.
