- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp beef bouillion
- 4 bay leaf
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Steps
Brown hamburger meat in large pot or Dutch oven. Drain and return to heat. Dice all your vegetables, add to pot and allow to cook until onions are translucent and flavors are brought out.
Add your potatoes, carrots, beans, tomato sauce, and crushed tomatoes. Add 6 to 8 cups of water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes if you like more of a soupy finish or 45 minutes to and hour for thicker stew. Stir occasionally.
