I use this dry rub recipe for all my pork. Pictured is a Pork Loin im marinading in the dry rub for the 4th of July. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- (2) Cups Brown sugar
- (1) Tsp salt
- (2) tsp Garlic powder
- (2) tsp Onion powder
- (1) tsp Black pepper
- (1/2) tsp Cayenne pepper
- (1) tbsp Paprika
- (1) tbsp Chili powder
Steps
Mix all the ingredients well with a wire wisk.
