- 2 Potatoes
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 3 tsp. Pepper
- 5 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk (or until soft but not too stiff)
- 1 egg
Wash and Clean potatoes and put in boiling water for 25 minutes.
Test softness with fork, if the fork goes through easily but it didn’t break, it’s done.
Cool the potatoes so it wouldn’t be too hot to handle
Mash the potatoes with fork or potato masher, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Mash together
Shape the mashed potato into circles using table spoons.
Roll in egg.
Cover with breadcrumbs and put into plate.
Freeze it for 30 minutes to one hour before frying.
Fry until golden brown and serve.
