Rice and Spinach Pancake

This was for son, but you can of course make one for yourself. It is a good way to use up any left over rice when you are tired of making nasi goreng ?

  1. 1 cup or cooked rice
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 handfull of spinach
  4. Grated cheese as desired
  5. Salt
  6. Butter


  1. Put everything in a bowl.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Then heat the butter in a pan.

  4. Take 1 tbsp of the mixture then put them on the pan.

  5. Cook one side until golden brown then cook another side until well done.

  6. Serve.
