This was for son, but you can of course make one for yourself. It is a good way to use up any left over rice when you are tired of making nasi goreng ?

Ingredients
- 1 cup or cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 handfull of spinach
- Grated cheese as desired
- Salt
- Butter
Steps
Put everything in a bowl.
Mix well.
Then heat the butter in a pan.
Take 1 tbsp of the mixture then put them on the pan.
Cook one side until golden brown then cook another side until well done.
Serve.
