- 250 g rice
- 50 g glutinous rice
- 200 g ground beef
- 1 tsp fish sauce
Green beans roasted for aromatic, glutinous rice and rice put in a small bowl soaked in water. Sliced beef and chopped, marinated beef with seasoning powder and fish sauce for 20 minutes.
Put the water pot on a boiling stove. Add two kinds of rice and green beans, add a pinch of salt to boil until green beans and rice bloom.
Stir well so that the rice does not burn.
When the porridge reaches the desired level, add the marinated beef, stir it evenly so that the meat doesn’t lump, add spice to taste, cook for another 2 minutes. Scoop porridge into the bowl to enjoy.
