Riped-Mango Salad

A refreshing salad which is perfect to beat the Summer Heat without cooking and baking. Try it and enjoy.?

Ingredients

  1. Ripe mango-2pieces
  2. Green chilies-2pieces
  3. Mustard chatni(kasundi)-1Tablespoon
  4. Brown Sugar-1/2Teaspoons
  5. Lemon leaf-2-3pieces
  6. Red pepper powder-1/4Teaspoon
  7. Salt-1/4Teaspoon
  8. Honey-1Teaspoon

Steps

  1. Chop in Mangoes and Green Chilies.Chop the lemon leafs in big sizes.

  2. In a mixing bowl,add choped mangoes,green choped chillis,sugar,salt,red pepper,honey,lemon leafs, Mustard paste chatni.Toss them well.

  3. Cool for 15-20 minutes and served Chilled.
