Roast pork shoulder


  1. Sazon
  2. Salt & pepper
  3. Onion powder & minced Garlic
  4. Sofrito, green salsa, vinegar and pepper


  1. Soak roast in lemon juice and vinegar for a half hour.. then rinse PLEASE make sure you clean your roast very well…Meat is very nasty and dirty

  2. Next pat dry…After drying completely cut little slits in roast then fill those with the minced garlic and sofrito

  3. Next add all the seasoning above to the roast even more sofrito how much you use is your chose but make sure u season well because it’s a big cut of meat next add to a Ziploc bag for more flavor leave over night

  4. Next day turn your stove to 350 make sure you take roast out of fridge a half hour before cooking do not cook cold add meat to a baking bag then place in oven for 4 or 5 in a half hours

  5. Take out oven let it sit for 7 mins or so…the juices need to sink in now serve
