Salmon With Soy Sichuan Sauce

I Add Sour Mustard Vegetables And Try Out This Sauce And It Turn Out Tasty

Ingredients

  1. 1 salmon head or any fish
  2. 15 dried Chili
  3. 2 tbsp Of oil
  4. 6 garlic
  5. 1 onion
  6. 1 tbsp Of dried Sichuan pepper corn
  7. 4 tbsp light soy sauce
  8. 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  9. 3 tbsp Of sugar
  10. 5 tbsp Of water
  11. 4 tbsp dice sour vegetables

Steps

  1. Baked salmon 200 c for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon then set aside

  2. With oil pan fry the dried Chili, dried Sichuan pepper corn for 2 minutes

  3. Add in the garlic and onion and stir fry for another 2 minutes

  4. Add in the sauce and mix well, add in the water then add in the sugar together with the dice sour mustard and mix well for another 2 minutes

  5. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch mixture and mix well for another 1 minutes
