I Add Sour Mustard Vegetables And Try Out This Sauce And It Turn Out Tasty
Ingredients
- 1 salmon head or any fish
- 15 dried Chili
- 2 tbsp Of oil
- 6 garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp Of dried Sichuan pepper corn
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Of sugar
- 5 tbsp Of water
- 4 tbsp dice sour vegetables
Steps
Baked salmon 200 c for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon then set aside
With oil pan fry the dried Chili, dried Sichuan pepper corn for 2 minutes
Add in the garlic and onion and stir fry for another 2 minutes
Add in the sauce and mix well, add in the water then add in the sugar together with the dice sour mustard and mix well for another 2 minutes
Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch mixture and mix well for another 1 minutes
