Sarah's Fried Rice

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Rice (1.5 cups cooked)
  2. 2 TBL Butter
  3. Garlic
  4. Pepper
  5. 3 TBL Soy sauce
  6. 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
  7. 1 Egg
  8. 1 Bell pepper
  9. 1 Onion

Steps

  1. Cook the rice and set aside

  2. Fry the egg and set aside

  3. Add butter, garlic, and diced veggies to a pan and cook until veggies are tender

  4. Add more butter, garlic, rice, and soy sauce

  5. Cook on medium-heat for “a bit” longer

  6. Add the cooked egg and sesame oil

  7. Toss in the cooked rice, and voila!

  8. Top with chow mein noodles for some added crunch!*
