Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice (1.5 cups cooked)
- 2 TBL Butter
- Garlic
- Pepper
- 3 TBL Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
Steps
Cook the rice and set aside
Fry the egg and set aside
Add butter, garlic, and diced veggies to a pan and cook until veggies are tender
Add more butter, garlic, rice, and soy sauce
Cook on medium-heat for “a bit” longer
Add the cooked egg and sesame oil
Toss in the cooked rice, and voila!
Top with chow mein noodles for some added crunch!*
