    DIRECTIONS

  • Turn instant pot to saute and add the oil.Add the sausage and onion andsaute for 3 minutes and then hit the cancel button.
  • Put the rest of the ingredients in the instant pot.Seal the lid and close the steam valve.Turn to pressure mode and set time to 10 minutes.When the timer goes off, do a quick release of the steam.You may want to add salt and pepper at this point (I did not–I left it to individuals).
