Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken tenders
- 16 oz baby red potatoes
- 16 oz baby carrots
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Steps
In a large bowl combine soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, and pepper.
Place chicken, potatoes, and carrots into slow cooker and pour over sauce. Cover and cook for 7-8 hours on low, or 3-4 hours on high.
