- Half an onion, thick slices
- 2 tables spoons of mazola oil
- Half teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon Knorr
- 1/2 London Broil Boneless Beef
Cut broil into thin slices on cutting board. Add slices to a bowl with two tablespoons of oil and one half teaspoon of salt, mix well.
Cook all slices at once in a pan on medium heat until juice stops flowing from beef. Keep beef moving consistently so it cooks thoroughly.
In another bowl mix the large cuts of onions with one teaspoon of Knorr. When juice has stopped flowing from beef add the onions and cook together. Once the onions are transparent then the dish is ready.
