Stir-Fried Beef & Bean sprout

Ingredients

  1. 250 grams Sliced Beef
  2. 200 grams Bean Sprout
  3. 2 tbsp Spring Onion
  4. 2 tsp Soy Sauce★
  5. 2 tsp Sake(Japanese cooking wine)★
  6. 1 tbsp Oil★
  7. 4 tsp Oyster Sauce◎
  8. 4 tsp Soy Sauce ◎
  9. 2 tbsp Sake(Japanese cooking wine) ◎
  10. 2 tsp Sugar◎
  11. 2 tsp Sesame Oil ◎
  12. 1 pinch Salt & Pepper

Steps

  1. Cut spring onion into small pieces (Mince). Wash bean sprout with water and drain well.

  2. Mix ◎ ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Cut the beef into bite size. Put in a bowl and add ★ ingredients. Rub it in well. Keep it for 15 minutes.

  4. Put beef in a frying pan. Turn on fire with medium heat. Stir-fry beef until the color changes.

  5. Add bean sprouts and stir fry quickly (About 1 minute). Add ◎ sauce and stir fry quickly (about 30 seconds).

  6. Place it on a dish. Sprinkle spring onion on it.
