Quick and easy.I’m not a pro so my measurements are to taste.
- 1 lb chopped ribeye
- 1/2 cup diced mushroom
- 1 diced onion
- 2 T butter
- 2-4 T flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2-2/3 cup sour cream
- Oil for browning beef
- 1 1/2 cups egg noodles
- to taste Salt and pepper
Throw some oil in a skillet. Let it get hot. Add chopped ribeye and cook until almost done. Remove from heat and set aside.
In pot, boil generous amount of salted water. Add noodles and cook while finished the stroganoff.
In same pan, add butter, mushrooms, and onions. Cook until almost done.
Add broth and flour. Whisk until combined. Let simmer for a few minutes Until thickensd.
Add sour cream.
Add beef. Cook for 2-3 additional minutes insuring meat has cooked through.
Drain noodles once cooked, add to pan. Mix and serve. Or you can serve over noodles.
