Taco Dip

Layered taco dip.Grandma Laurie


  1. 8 oz sour cream
  2. 8 oz cream cheese
  3. 8 oz guacamole (Wholly Guacamole Homestyle Chunky)
  4. 1/2 c fresh pico or fresh salsa
  5. 2 c shredded cheese
  6. 2-3 c chopped romaine


  1. Blend sour cream and softened cream cheese. Spread evenly across tray or pan.

  2. Spread guacamole evenly over cream cheese/sour cream layer. I blend these layers together a little bit.

  3. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over guacamole layer.

  4. Sprinkle half of the pico or fresh salsa over cheese layer.

  5. Spread the chopped romaine evenly for next layer.

  6. Finish layers by sprinkling remaining shredded cheese and pico/ fresh salsa.

  7. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Serve with fresh tortilla chips.
