This is the dressing I use for my sandwiches when I make homemade corned beef and pastrami.
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons horseradish sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons chili sauce (ketchup style like heinz)
- 1/4 Teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon smoked paprika
- to taste Salt
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover with cling film and allow the flavors to marry overnight in the refrigerator.
