Teekha masala chicken karai

Ingredients

  1. 1 kg chickn
  2. 1 tbs red chilli powder
  3. 1 tbs black pepper powder
  4. salt halftsp
  5. 3 tbs corn flour
  6. 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
  7. 2 tbs chilli garlic sauce
  8. 4 tbs oil

Steps

  1. Take bowl add chicke and apply ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder and salt and black pepper on chicken then marinate for 1.30 hour.

  2. Take a pan add oil then add marinate chicken cook for 15 minute.

  3. Add chilli garlic sauce and capsicum cook fr 5 minute.

  4. Ready to serve it.
