  1. Brussel sprouts
  2. Cauliflower
  3. Onions
  4. Thai sweet chili sauce
  5. Cilantro
  6. Lime juice
  7. Vegetable oil


  1. Pour oil in hot pan

  2. Add chopped onions into the pan

  3. Cut brussel sprouts in 2 and add to the pan

  4. Cut cauliflower into bite sizes and add to the pan

  5. Add spices (salt, pepper, thyme, curry powder)

  6. Stir fry until it gets slightly charred

  7. Chop cilantro and stir in with lime juice

  8. Stir in the thai sweet chili sauce
