Thin Lebanese bread (Puff)


  1. 3 cups flour (white)
  2. 3 cups warm water
  3. 2 spoon dry yeast
  4. 2 tbsp salt
  5. 2 tbsp sugar
  6. One half tbsp olive oil or Two


  1. First thing mix use only 1 cup of whit flour and add 2 tbsp yeast 1 cup of warm water Mix them (rest for exactly 5 mints)

  2. Then add 2 Cup white flour..2 tbsp salt..2 tbsp sugar.. 1 1/2 olive oil or 2 tbsp… add 1 cup of warm water then Mix well then add the other Cup of warm water

  3. Rest for 2-3 hour

  4. When its rested cut the dough into small balls and spread them (thin) (1 Cm) not big they must be small ball

  5. The oven must be on 250 up and down no air open it before 30 mints

  6. Add your bread to the oven on plate of steal spray it with will take maybe 2 mints tops (your eye’s is the leader)
