Tricolored peppers potato

I always make tri colored peppers with only potatoes for my loving husband.its really good for immunity.

Ingredients

  1. 3 peppers RED+GREEN+ORANGE
  2. 1 big diced onion
  3. Ginger garlic estimated as well optional
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. Few red chili flakes
  7. 1 green chilli long sliced
  8. 1 teaspoon turmeric
  9. 1 teaspoon garam masala or vegetable masala
  10. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  11. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  12. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  13. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  14. 1 teaspoon hot salsa
  15. 1 teaspoon taco sauce optional
  16. 3 big diced potatoes

Steps

  1. First deep fry diced potatoes.make brown them

  2. Now in one pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds+ginger+garlic+onion

  3. Roast at medium flame until it spreads oil

  4. Now add salt and turmeric only and put peppers

  5. Keep it on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes

  6. Now add fried potatoes and all the spices left

  7. Cover the utensil for 5 minutes and uncover it until peppers looks very soft

  8. Now in the end put both sauces and turn the gas off.

  9. Optional garnish with green onions to decorate and make it more flavorful
