Vanilla Oatmeal Protien Smoothie

So easy! Delicious! Almost 30 grams of protien! Friggin healthy!


  1. 3/4 Cup- Milk
  2. 1/2 cup oatmeal
  3. 1 cup – Vanilla Isolate protien


  1. Gather your ingredients and toss into a blender.

  2. Blend (remember to scoop the sides and the bottom, protien likes to clump?)

  3. Pour and enjoy!
