White whole chickenšŸ˜‹


  1. 1 whole chicken
  2. 12-15 cashewnuts
  3. 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
  4. Salt
  5. 1/2 lemon juice
  6. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 1 tsp white pepper powder
  8. 1 tsp garlic powder
  9. 2 tbspn curd
  10. 2 tbspn cream cheese
  11. 1 tsp cornflour
  12. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  13. Cucumber for garnishing
  14. Butter for geasing


  1. Take cashewnuts and make a fine powder of it! Keep aside!

  2. Make a marination paste ready by adding ginger garlic paste,curd,cream cheese,red chilli flakes,garlic powder,white pepper powder, black pepper powder and lemon juice mix well, add cornflour and salt mix it again now add the cashewnut powder and mix it well!

  3. Wash the chicken well let it dry, Make a deep slits in the whole chicken, add this chicken into the marination mixture and roll it very well! Close with the cling flim and marinate for about 3 to 4 hour, for better result marinate overnite!

  4. Take aluminium foil grease with some butter add the marinated chicken and close it from all the sides keep it in a baking tray and bake it in a preheated oven for about 40 mins on 180 degree..once done garnish with cucumber and serve hotšŸ˜‹
